COUGAR-SMT
with CT can image the most complex components in 2D
and 3D for quality assessment and process improvement.
Users
of the versatile COUGAR-SMT CT may add features such
as BGA and die-attach void calculation modules, a more
sophisticated manipulator system, and a multifocus X-Ray
tube up to 160 kV. Additionally, CT functionality is
offered as an upgrade to all existing COUGARSMT systems. |

FOX is available in several different configurations based

is for ultra high magnification, high resolution analysis
of intricate components, for 3D capabilities or automated
wafer bump inspection, the FOX is the ultimate system
of choice. The
FOX system was the first nanofocus X-Ray inspection
system in the industry, winning the SMT Vision Award
for Test & Inspection Products in 2001. Furthermore,
the WBI-FOX was named as one Test & Measurement
World's Best in Test Winners for 2004.

TIGER
Series

 The
FEINFOCUS TIGER has been designed as a unique 2D X-Ray
system that offers a view into the 3rd dimension via
high-magnification oblique viewing at virtually any
desired angle. An adjustable ergonomic console and self-teach
software make the TIGER easy to operate and, thus, best
suited for production environments. The system is ideal
for inspecting planar devices, such as printed circuit
boards (PCBs) in electronics assembly.
The ease of use, large sample size capabilities (up
to 640 mm x 640 mm / 24? x 24?), and advanced anti-collision
features make the FEINFOCUS TIGER an extremely versatile
system series for use on any production floor by any
operator, even those without prior applications experience.

COMET
FXE X-Ray inspection products consist of a demountable
(open) X-Ray tube assembly, vacuum unit and high-power
generator. The required maximum magnification, sample
size, and material to be inspected determine the radiation
head (transmission or directional) and radiation power
employed. COMET X-Ray tubes are offered with a wide
power range of 100 to 225 kV.
